Pathogens and fungi are common in crop production and there are products available to manage these. Some of these organisms learn to adapt over time to current management strategies. How do they do this? This webinar will look into how pathogens and fungi are adapting to resist current management strategies and what can be done about it. This webinar is also a review for the resistance management specialty exam.

Dr. Carl Bradley
Extension Specialist in Plant Pathology
University of Kentucky Research and Extension Center

Dr. Bradley began his tenure as an Extension Specialist in Plant Pathology July 1, 2015.  He is based at the University of Kentucky Research and Extension Center in Princeton, where he focuses on Extension activities and applied research of corn, soybean, and wheat.

Carl earned his Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from the University of Illinois.  He has served in professorial positions at the University of Illinois (2007-2015) and at North Dakota State University (2002-2006).  His program in pathology of grain crops is widely known and greatly respected throughout the U.S. and beyond.  We are excited to have him bring his expertise to the University of Kentucky.
